Dr Rocky Cheng is the Chief Information Officer of BOCHK, leading group's technology and innovation resources to accomplish business strategic goals and driving digital transformation initiatives of BOCHK in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Rocky has been engaged in the information technology and finance industry over 25 years.
Dr Cheng is committed to the development of Fintech and the cultivation of young people in Hong Kong. He is currently the president of the Hong Kong Computer Society, a member of the Digital Economy Development Committee of the HKSAR Government, a member of the Council of Hong Kong Vocational Training Council, and serves as the Hong Kong convener of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Fintech Alliance.
